Equity Link Tutoring is a program to help establishing bonds between high school tutors and elementary students. The program will allow the young tutors who teach the junior students, to enrich the sense of responsibility and the communication skill sets, as well as to accumulate volunteer hours.
This program mainly targets tutors who are 7th graders or higher. The tutors can make appointments with students in a flexible way based on their own schedules. The appointments can be on weekends or weekdays, online or offline; short term or long term tutoring, and a fixed day in a week or different days in different weeks. The tutoring content can be based on the strength of the tutor, such as Math, English, Science and more. If the tutors are strong at certain hobbies, such as piano or violin, they can also help the beginners practice.
